- Definition of the integration architecture for the integration of external systems
- Evaluation of implementation options and selection of suitable technologies/tools (in-house development vs. implementation of new components vs. use of existing applications)
- Detailing the ‘best-of-breed’ strategy and migration planning for the step-by-step modularization of the IT architecture and replacement of the legacy CRM
